You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to send your return back to us.

How to start a return

Send an email to info@eveshouseofabundance.com before you ship the item.

Include your order number and the return tracking number in the email so we can follow your parcel.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, labels, dust bags, boxes, and accessories must be included.

Please try garments on with care and over your own undergarments.

Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface.
Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us and passes inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges

To secure another size or style quickly, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items

If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, email info@eveshouseofabundance.comwithin 7 days of receipt with photos and a brief description.

We will assess and advise next steps. If confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories may be final sale once opened or used. Examples include:

Beauty, fragrance, makeup, and candles if opened or used

Earrings and intimate items if hygiene seals are removed or packaging is opened

Items marked Final Sale at checkout
Shipping responsibility and risk

You are responsible for return shipping costs and the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Always keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
International returns and customs

Mark the parcel as “Returned goods” on customs forms.

Any customs duties or fees charged back to us due to incorrect declarations may be deducted from your refund.
Late returns

Returns shipped after the 14-day window may be refused or issued as store credit at our discretion.
