• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after placement (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times

• Within the EU: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• Outside the EU: approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
